These terms apply to registration for and attendance at EnergyTech Symposium, organized by Prolink Events Ltd. (“the Organizer”). By registering you agree to them.
Registration & payment
Registration is confirmed once full payment is received. Passes are for the named individual.
Cancellations & substitutions
Passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague from the same organization at no charge by notifying us in writing before the event. Sponsorship and exhibition terms are set out in the partnership agreement.
Program changes
The Organizer may change the program, speakers, timings or venue where necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to keep delegates informed.
Visas & travel
Delegates are responsible for their own travel documents, including any eTA or visitor visa. A letter of invitation does not guarantee entry to Canada, and refunds are not given for visa refusals.
Conduct
We expect respectful, professional behaviour from everyone. The Organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves inappropriately, without refund.
Photography
The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to the use of these images for event reporting and promotion.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from attendance, except where caused by its negligence. If the event cannot take place for reasons beyond our control, we will offer a transfer to a rescheduled edition.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
